Filter setup

Phase 1
The filling tank contains a ceramic pre-filter that removes particles and microplastics from the tap water. This protects the subsequent filters and improves their performance.

Phase 2
The limescale filter pad contains high-performance activated carbon from coconut shells and ion exchangers for effective limescale and pollutant reduction.

Phase 3
The large filter cartridge at the heart of the system consists of five stages. The first chamber contains high-performance Japanese activated carbon for filtering out metals, pollutants, and limescale. The four subsequent chambers incorporate Lotus Vita's PiVitalis technology, which includes magnesium, calcium, tourmaline, quartz sand, EM ceramics, a magnet, and mineral ceramics. These release trace elements into the water, improving its taste and palatability.
