Shipping Information

 

Our Shipping Promise

All orders received Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day via DHL. This excludes orders for which payment is received after 1 p.m. or for which products are not immediately available.

 

Shipping Conditions

We ship our products to almost all European countries as well as Switzerland. However, due to complex customs procedures, we are currently unable to ship to the UK.

 

Shipping Costs within Germany

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €3.99 (including packaging) and is handled by Deutsche Post/DHL. We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €59.00.

 

Shipping Costs Abroad

  • Austria & Netherlands: Flat rate €8.99, free shipping for orders over €120.
  • Other European Countries & Switzerland:
    Orders under 1 kg: €8.99
    Orders over 1 kg: €14.99
    Free shipping for orders over €150.

 

Shipping of bagged goods (e.g., 25 kg magnesium flakes)

  • To Austria & the Netherlands: €18.90
  • Rest of Europe & Switzerland: €24.90

 

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries may incur additional costs due to customs and import duties. Further information can be found here: Customs Clearance Switzerland

 

Delivery Times

If payment is received before 1 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. Thanks to DHL, your package will usually arrive within one or two days of shipment. This means that from placing your order in our shop to delivery at your door, it typically takes 1-3 days.

For international shipments, delivery times may be a few days longer.

 

Payment Information

We offer seven payment options:

 

Prepayment - Transfer the invoice amount to our account within 5 days. We will ship the goods as soon as we receive your payment.

PayPal - You can choose between classic PayPal payment or PayPal payment after 30 days.

Invoice for existing customers - If you have previously ordered from us, we will gladly ship your order with an invoice before payment. After shipment, you transfer the invoice amount to our account within 10 days. Payment by invoice for existing customers is only available for shipments within Germany and up to a merchandise value of €150.

Credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) - Payment is processed by the payment provider Shopify Pay. The goods can be shipped to you immediately after order completion.

Klarna: Invoice - After completing your order, you will be redirected to the payment provider Klarna. There, you will need to verify your identity once to complete the purchase on account (30-day payment term).

Klarna: Pay instantly - After completing your order, you will be redirected to the payment provider Klarna. There, you will need to verify your identity once to complete the instant payment with Klarna.

Klarna: Installment payment - After completing your order, you will be redirected to the payment provider Klarna. There you will need to verify your identity once to complete the installment payment with Klarna.
