How quickly will my order be shipped?

All orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) by 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day with DHL.

Shipments within Germany usually arrive at your home within 1-3 days.

How much are the shipping costs within Germany?

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €3.99 . We offer free shipping on orders over €59 .

To which countries does Life Solution deliver?

We ship to almost all European countries, as well as to Switzerland.
Due to complicated customs processes, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to Great Britain at the moment.

How much does shipping abroad cost?

Austria & Netherlands:

  • flat rate 8.99 €
  • Free shipping on orders over €120 .

Other European countries & Switzerland:

  • for goods weighing up to 1 kg - €8.99
  • for goods weighing over 1 kg - €14.99
  • Free shipping on orders over €150 .

The exception is the shipping of 25kg sacks (Magnesium flakes):

  • to Austria & Netherlands - €18.90
  • Rest of Europe and Switzerland - €24.90

Which company will be shipping it?

We ship exclusively with DHL.

Exception: If, for example, there is a strike at DHL or other delaying factors occur. Then we will, if necessary, choose another shipping service provider so that the goods arrive at your location as quickly as possible.

Is the shipment insured?

Yes, each of our shipments is 100% insured.

How can I change or cancel my order?

As long as an order has not yet been shipped, you can usually have it changed or canceled by us.
To do so, please contact us by email or telephone.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Please note that your delivery address can only be changed as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

How secure is my online order?

All orders are processed exclusively via the secure servers of the well-known provider Shopify.
Payments are fully encrypted and processed via secure servers of the payment providers.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. No problem.

Return

Can I return my items?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. After receiving the goods, you can return the item without any problems within 14 days.
Please note that items that have already been opened by you may be excluded from return. Please feel free to contact us about this.

My item is defective, what now?

Should you find any defects in a product, please contact us briefly by email or phone. We will of course take care of an uncomplicated exchange.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer, unless it is a product with a defect. In that case, you will of course receive a free return label from us.

As a German retailer, we naturally also have a German return address.
