The Lotus Natura Plus® filter cartridge is based on the large Lotus Fontana Advanced water filter system and includes the components of its larger counterpart.

Three separate filter layers perform the filtration and "conversion" of the drinking water.

Filter setup

Phase 1

• Pre-filter limescale filter pad with high-performance activated carbon (iodine 1100)
  Removes limescale, sediments, heavy metals, protects the subsequent filter cartridge and optimizes performance.

Phase 2–3

• Filter cartridge (for filter carafes) guarantees the best filter performance against almost all known possible contaminants in drinking water through high-performance activated carbon with an iodine retention capacity of 1100 (iodine 1100) and ion exchanger.

Phase 4

• PiVitalis® for the best taste.
  Highly developed ingredients made of magnesium, calcium, tourmaline, quartz sand, magnet and EM ceramics (EM = Effective Microorganisms according to Prof. Higa) and other special ceramics with high mineral content.
