We ship our products to almost all European countries as well as Switzerland. However, due to complex customs processes, we are currently unable to deliver to Great Britain.

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €3.99 (including packaging) and is handled by Deutsche Post/DHL. For orders over €59.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Filter granules for filling the filter cartridge of the Aarke Purifier and the limescale filter housing of the Lotus Fontana.
Cost-effective and top quality - The filter granules from Life Solution
Our 500 ml bottle of "Life Solution" granules is sufficient for:
- 5 refills of the Aarke Purifier cartridge (100 ml each)
- Approximately 9 refills of the Fontana limescale filter housing (approximately 57 ml each)
Life Solution's filter granules are available in 3 variants: Pure, Soft, Mineral
The Pur filter granules are recommended for most Aarke Purifier users and consist of a balanced ratio of activated carbon and ion exchange resin. The activated carbon binds pollutants such as heavy metals and chlorine, while the ion exchange resin reduces limescale. Recommended for water hardness between 10 and 19°dH.
Additional refill options include Soft and Mineral filter granules.
- The Soft filter granules have a higher proportion of ion exchange resin and can therefore reduce limescale more effectively. It is especially recommended for water with a particularly high limescale content (above 20°dH). It is also recommended for use with Fontana limescale filter housings, as it has the highest limescale absorption capacity.
- The mineral filter granules In addition to activated carbon and ion exchanger, magnesium has also been added, which enriches your water with the mineral.
The activated charcoal granules are made from 100% coconut shells.

Simple and cost-effective refilling
For Aarke:
- Pour 100 ml of the filter granules into the clean filter cartridge of the purifier until it is approximately 80% full.
- Close the cartridge and place it in a container of clean water. The filter granules will expand slightly inside the cartridge. Therefore, it is important that the cartridge is only filled to approximately 80%.
- Remove the cartridge from the water container after 5 minutes and discard the remaining water.
- The cartridge can now be inserted into the purifier, and the jug filled with water once.
- Discard the first, filtered water.
Replacement interval: after a maximum of 120 liters of water or 4 weeks.
For Fontana limescale housing (of the Kendra stand filter):
- Pour approximately 40 g of the Pur / Soft filter granules into the lime filter housing.
- Close the lid and rinse the limescale filter under running, cold water for about 1 minute.
- Now insert the limescale filter housing into the holder of the Fontana stand filter.
Replacement interval: every 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the calcium content of your water.
The original filter granules from Aarke
Original Aarke granules are sufficient for:
- 3 refills of the Aarke Purifier cartridge (100 ml each)
Original Aarke filter granules are available in 2 variants: Pure, Enriched
Pure filter granules make your water softer, cleaner, and more palatable by reducing limescale, chlorine, and heavy metals. Exclusively formulated for Aarke Purifier technology, the granules come in a sachet and are placed inside the purifier's refillable water filter cartridge. The granules are sold in packs of three as refill sachets. One sachet filters up to 120 liters of water. Replace the filter granules every four weeks.
The Enriched Filter Granules are the enhanced, mineralizing filter option. They not only make your water cleaner and more palatable by reducing chlorine and heavy metals, but also add magnesium minerals and alkalize your tap water by raising the pH level. Exclusively formulated for Aarke Purifier technology, the granules come in a sachet and are placed inside the purifier's refillable water filter cartridge. The granules are sold in packs of three as refill sachets. One sachet filters up to 120 liters of water. Replace the filter granules every four weeks.
