2-stage countertop water filter
Effective double filtration – for guaranteed pure drinking water straight from the tap.
This sturdy, food-grade water filter is easily connected to the tap using a diverter valve – requiring no complicated installation. It allows you to easily choose between filtered and unfiltered water directly from the tap. Compatible with all standard taps with M22 or M24 threads.
The elongated shape of the filter elements allows a particularly large amount of activated carbon to flow through, resulting in exceptionally good filtration and extending the filter element's lifespan to a maximum of 6 months. This is also confirmed by comprehensive, independent laboratory tests. Please ask us for the laboratory certificates.
Filter properties at a glance
The 2-stage countertop water filter is composed as follows:
- Stage 1: Choice of limescale or nitrate filter cartridge. For effective filtration of nitrate or limescale in your drinking water.
- Stage 2: Activated carbon/ceramic filter (Ultracarb). Removes bacteria, heavy metals, pollutants such as pesticides, microplastics and drug residues from tap water.
Doulton countertop water filters guarantee pure, great-tasting drinking water. Unlike bottled water, they eliminate plasticizers like BPA from PET plastic bottles.
The filter housing is durable and easy to clean. The Ultracarb filter cartridge has an outer ceramic coating that reliably traps bacteria and dirt. It can even be easily cleaned with a brush under running cold water.
The core of the filter consists of compressed activated carbon, which traps drug residues as well as substances that alter odors and tastes. The inner activated carbon core is also filled with heavy metal-binding clays, which, among other things, trap lead.
The two nitrate and lime filter elements are filled with a special resin that binds the respective substance.
The Ultracarb ceramic activated carbon filter element should be replaced every 4–6 months. Similarly, the limescale and nitrate filter elements should be changed approximately every 3 months. The replacement interval may vary depending on water quality. You can find the filter elements here:
