CDL is the simple and safe way to disinfect your drinking water. This product is high-quality chlorine dioxide, produced using a widely used and reliable oxidation process . It can be used immediately.

CDL is particularly helpful in crisis preparedness, when camping, on vacation, or for emergencies at home. Water contaminated with germs can be treated quickly and safely and made drinkable again.

Life Solution CDL is sold exclusively in amber glass bottles from pharmacies. No plastic.
We refrain from bottling the solution in plastic bottles, as these can release plastic particles or plasticizers such as bisphenol-A into the solution.

Each 250 ml bottle comes with a practical pipette, allowing you to dispense either precisely by the drop or easily and quickly using the milliliter scale (0.5 - 3 ml). This ensures clean and safe application. The pipette is made of chemical-resistant HDPE.

Each bottle comes with a product brochure that provides simple and understandable information about chlorine dioxide and its use for disinfection.

Characteristics of chlorine dioxide standard

• Our production process: By mixing two substances, we initiate an oxidative process in which a precise 0.299% chlorine dioxide solution (2999 ppm) is produced.
• Purity: Minimal impurities may be present, but these are not perceptible as having a negative effect or taste.
• Content: The chlorine dioxide content is exactly 0.299% (2999 ppm). The oxidation method allows for very precise production.
• Color: The yellow color of standard chlorine dioxide solution is slightly more intense than that of distilled chlorine dioxide. This is due, firstly, to the more precise chlorine dioxide content of 0.299%, and secondly, to the minimal amounts of coloring impurities such as chlorite.
• Shelf life: Due to the slightly higher chlorine dioxide content, a shelf life of at least 9 months is achieved.

Chlorine dioxide decomposes after the reaction into small amounts of water, table salt and oxygen.

When stored correctly, chlorine dioxide (CDL) has a shelf life of approximately 9 months. It should be stored in a cool (below 8° Celsius), dry, dark, and upright location. Shipping by mail is not a problem; however, the product should be refrigerated for a few hours before first opening (as otherwise small amounts of the chlorine dioxide gas may escape) and should remain refrigerated there permanently.
