St. Helia Kristall Base INTRA is suitable for use over four weeks after a course of treatment with Kristall Base EXTRA or for general support of well-being.
The combination of two proven alkalizing agents (potassium and sodium bicarbonate, 10:2) and a special blend of algae, plants, and spices (50%) effectively supports acid-base metabolism. Enriched with organically bound trace elements and vitamin C from acerola cherries.
It also contains copper, manganese, selenium and zinc, which further supports acid-base metabolism.
Recommendation: First, complete a four-week course with Kristall Base EXTRA, followed by a four-week course with Kristall Base INTRA.
