Magnesium citrate is the organic form of magnesium and is therefore absorbed by the body much better than inorganic magnesium. It has a basic pH value of 8 and is very well tolerated.
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals that humans need to live. It contributes to supporting energy metabolism, muscle, bone, and nerve function. It also supports mental well-being and reduces fatigue.
Dietary supplement
Recommended intake: Take 4 capsules daily with sufficient liquid, without chewing. Ideally, the dosage should be divided into two doses taken at least 4 hours apart. Calcium should be taken at a different time.
